Abortion is an action taken during pregnancy to end the pregnancy/ it is a termination of a human pregnancy, usually it is taken during the first 28 weeks of pregnancy. THE ADVANTAGES OF #ABORTION FOR PUBLIC PRACTITIONERS 

The advantages of social media for public practitioners are that public practitioners can use the social media to inform the public about the abortion and how it works, this helps the woman public to know of the options available that the can use to end the pregnancy. The use of social media also helps woman who have done abortions to learn more about how to prevent the after effects and maintain the health. The use of social media also helps those who believes that abortion is a wrong thing to do, to learn more about the abortion and if it not a bad thing how it is not.


THE DISADVANTAGES OF #ABORTION FOR PUBLIC PRACTITIONERS 

The disadvantages of social media for public practitioners are that the hashtag promotes the abortion, the youth will see it as a good thing and also makes them to not make use of contraceptive as they know they have an option to abort he babe. The other advantage is that when women are under lot of stress they turn not to think properly which may results into them not paying attention to the side effects of the abortion. The other disadvantage is that the hashtag could promote underground abortion which they are made to look professional but they are not.

RECOMMENDATIONS

I would recommend that when public practitioners uses the hashtag to outline all the risk that might happen during the process, not to scare the public but to make sure that women understands what they are getting themselves into. I would also recommend that public practitioners should warn the public about possible fake abortion areas. I would also strongly recommend that every post about abortion should allows the involvement of social worker, to help women because some of them they not sure whether to go for it or not.

STRATEGIC USE OF SOCIAL MEDIA UNDER NSFAS HASHTAG

National student financial aid scheme (NSFAS) is a permitted scheme organization supported by the South African National Department of education and training, which supply study loans to financial needy students who wish to pursue a career in one of any  South Africa's public institutions of higher education.

                                                              National student financial aid scheme allows South African                                                                     citizens who are in need of financial help and can guarantee                                                                    that they will be academically successful to register for                                                                            NSFAS funding.

THE ADVANTAGES OF THE USE OF #NSFAS FOR A PUBLIC PRACTITIONER.

The advantages of social media public practitioners are that since this is a financial aid for students social media could be a platform where they express their views on the financial aid scheme and get feedback fast and quick, this could also help the scheme know where to improve and what they should not do. The advantage is constructive criticism. The use of social media helps the scheme to also reach out for needy students. The students can learn more about how NSFAS operates what documents required to a student to be funded by NSFAS.  This also helps the scheme to be recognized by the public, which contributes to the trustworthy and attracts more stakeholders even those who wish to donate into the scheme.

DISADVANTAGES OF THE USE OF #NSFAS FOR A PUBLIC PRACTITIONER. 

The disadvantages of the use of social media by public practitioners are that hate speech could become a problem when students needs are not met, that is where a public practitioner plays a mediation.We all know that on social media everyone have freedom of speech, this could results into chaos, violence and strikes. This early 2019, students in various public institutions hold a protest against NSFAS delaying the process of registration. payment for students were not being met.

This video shows one of the public institution striking towards the issue of NSFAS (University of Limpompo). This proves that if the students are not happy about their needs being met, chaos arises. This is an uncomfortable condition for a public practitioner as this affect how the organization is viewed by the public.

RECOMMENDATIONS 

In my own opinion I would recommend the strategic use of social media for public practitioners to not promise things that they cannot deliver in time, if it happens that they faced deadline situation they should try by all means to address the issue to the public, to avoid chaos and violence.
